Minimum Driver Requirements

  • Must have a Professional Attitude
  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must have valid Class A CDL
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the last 5 years
  • Must have Good Driving Record
  • Must have no DUI convictions within the past 5 years
  • Must Pass D.O.T. Pre-Employment Physical and Drug Screen
  • Must pass training / orientation requirements, including a road test

  • Driver's License

  • Last 7 days' Logs
  • Hammer or Tire Billy

  • No Shorts or Tennis Shoes

Company Drivers also need:

  • Voided Check for Direct Deposit Routing Numbers
  • Social Security Numbers and Birth Dates for Insurance Forms (Need Dependent Information for Medical Insurance and/or Beneficiary Information for Life Insurance)
  • W-4 Tax Information (How Many are You Withholding For?)
  • Emergency Contact Information

Driver Training Program

  • Driving School Graduate

  • 4-6 weeks Training with Qualified Trainer

Owner-Operator Requirements

  • License and I.R.P. Must Be in Same Name
  • Copy of the Past Year's Form 2290 Paid in Full
  • Copy of Tractor Registration, Title and Certificate of Insurance
  • Copy of Trailer Registration (if applicable)
  • Copy of Workmen's Compensation Certificate (if applicable)
  • $1,000,000 Deadhead and Liability Insurance
  • About $100 for Permits
  • $500 for Fuel/Road Tax ($125 due at Lease Signing, $125 from each of first three settlement checks)
